Hi–I’d love to know if I can be of help.
I’m often able to provide a no-charge quote from an email, text, or phone call. I usually want to see photos of the area requiring service, and some measurements, so feel free to include those, or anything else you feel is pertinent when making an email request.
For jobs where I must see the site in person:
A fee of $35, plus $1 per mile of travel (round trip) applies for the visit. If multiple tasks are needed, all will be estimated with only the one visit fee.
A word about free quotes…
There is no such thing as a free quote. Those who offer this build the cost into their overall service charge / hourly rate. After all, whether a one-person show like me, or a larger operation, there are costs involved: compensation, operating costs, business overhead. So someone providing free quotes is factoring that in when calculating their pricing–every customer pays into the “free quotes.” So while you may be a serious customer, a good portion of prospective clients receiving free quotes
